内容摘要：
将学术职业变革（CAP）全球调查涉及的19个国家和地区划分为三类，比较亚洲5国与“发达国家”、“欠发达国家”学术职业的差异，并区分了初级学术职业从业者和高级从业者，大学从业者与其他学术机构从业者的差异进行了深入的比较研究，并将分析不同学术系统的差异性特点。

主讲人简介：
Ulrich Teichler. Professor at the International Centre for Higher Education Research (INCHER-Kassel), University of Kassel (Germany), since 1978, and former director for 16 years. Born in 1942; diploma and doctoral dissertation in sociology; researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Educational Research, Berlin. Extended research periods in Japan, the Netherlands, and the U.S.; part-time or visiting professor at Northwestern University, College of Europe, Hiro­shi­ma University, and Open University, UK. Research on higher education and the world of work, comparison of higher education systems, the academic profession and international mobility. More than 1,000 publications and visits to more than 80 countries. Member of the International Academy of Education and the Academia Euro­paea, former chairman of the Consortium of Higher Education Researchers (CHER), former president and distinguished member of EAIR, vice-president and fellow of SRHE; Comenius Prize of UNESCO; Dr. h. c. of the University of Turku.

乌尔里希•泰希勒教授是世界高等教育顶尖专家，与伯顿•克拉克、马丁•特罗共同誉为当代最著名的三大高等教育学家。曾任欧洲高等教育学会主席、德国卡塞尔大学副校长、国际高等教育研究中心主任（达十六年）。主要研究领域包括高等教育体系国际比较、国际合作与流动、高等教育与就业等，另外在学术职业、招生与高教评估等方面也有建树。在高等教育领域成果丰硕，仅2003-2013年即出版专著50多本，论文1000多篇。

多年来一直担任Higher Education，European Journal of Education等SSCI国际著名期刊编辑。并担任联合国教科文组织（UNESCO）、经合组织（OECD）、欧盟 （EUA）等专家顾问。曾任国际教育学会理事会成员（1998~2004），欧洲科学院成员（1992~），高等教育研究者协会发起者兼主席（1992~1998），欧洲教育制度研究协会主席（1998~2002）和杰出成员（2003~）。

曾获联合国教科文组织“夸美纽斯奖”（1998）、德国学术交流中心“伊拉斯谟特别奖”（2008），CIEE国际教育交流协会研究奖（1997）等多种奖项。还是芬兰图尔库大学荣誉博士（2006）、德国乌尔里希•泰希勒最佳博士和硕士论文奖资助者（2008~）。目前已访问80多个国家，在美国、日本、奥地利、荷兰等国担任兼职教授和访问学者。也十分关注中国高等教育发展，现任《北京大学教育评论》名誉编委，2014被上海大学聘任为杰出教授。
